Bleeding, subcutaneous haematomas at injection site and mild thrombocytopenia (type 1) which usually is reversible during treatment. Transient, mild to moderate elevation of liver transaminases (ASAT, ALAT) has been observed. Skin necrosis and allergic reactions are rare. Few cases of anaphylactic reactions, severe immunologically mediated thrombocytopenia (type II) with or without thrombotic complications and spinal or epidural hematoma have been observed. |
